been reading blogs about eating healthy and losing weight, fat and getting smaller waistline.

the fact is, it’s kind of expensive to eat healthy. :(

a couple of weeks ago I started to feel that obesity is catching up on me. I am now sure that my fat percentage is way higher than normal, I am dizzy most of the time and few stair flights are enough to wear me out.

Should tell the guy that 3 days a week working out days must start as soon as possible.

Since it’s weekend, let’s feast! :p
